How to Choose My Statue !

Some of my customers have asked me "How do I know I have found a good statue? Can you pls help me find the perfect statue?"

And here are my thoughts and they come from my heart...

A statue that is perfect for you is one that speaks to you in words you cannot describe.  It speaks volumes to you, yet saying nothing!

A lovely statue is one that you can gaze at, be inspired and/or evoke an expression of awe.

A great statue helps you contemplate, pray and inspire you to beauty, truth and light!

A wonderful statue is one that inspires you to faith .... and helps you keep faith one day at a time in this sometimes crazy and turbulent times.

A statue that works for you is tasteful and has colors that fit your color theme and home decor style.. This is more important to some than others... but we have found that an important one...

To keep it simple, the perfect statue for you is the one you LOVE .... and is special to you... There are no rules to this ....

We wish you beauty, peace and love! And may you enjoy them all around you!

Here is a statue of mine that achieves the above!

Day 12 A Virgin A Day

Today... we have reached the last of our offering for Our A Virgin A Day experience... this is where we share with one another for 12 days... To see more wonderful posts from participants ... pls visit Rebecca's blog ... Today is the Feast Day of Our Lady of Guadalupe... and we have all learnt so much from one another in a spirit of love and understanding...
I end today with a memory from younger days .... My literature teacher, Alan Davis had made a comment that stuck in my head to this day .... We were reading the book "A Passage to India" by E.M. Forster and he had casually mentioned that he thought he had seen the Virgin Mary as one of the figures on the Hindu mosque ...  with this, we end with more contemplation of the vast universe we live in... as I have learnt from wonderful "YOU" ... What a Concept for a Blog .....

I was just thinking to myself in the shower the other day .... now, if my blog was a highway, i'd like it to be as uncommercialized as possible... no ads, no billboards, just a plain ol' scene of the real unvarnished beauty of what nature has to offer.... i have always loved genuine reminders of faith, actions, people, things and such ... stuff that came from the heart in any form or fashion... and supported them wholeheartedly... i would say this never got me very far in corporate america but that is a whole other story :)....  I have been touched and inspired by many blogs that i have come across... they are all lovely, wise, well put together and there is always something to say that i find so interesting and inspiring...  then u have me with one heck of a vision for a blog that may never take off in this age and time... after all, i do hope to sell so i can continue to do this... right... ? if you have any thoughts to share, i would love to hear it... xoxo...  i will blog more next week....
